It's Pure Joy for A La Card Monkey Challenge #109

This elephant shows pure, unadulterated joy with water raining down on him in this photo. Show us how you can translate that to your own creation for our A La Card Monkey Challenge #109: Pure Joy + Sketch. It's basically three rectangles on a card front, with the sentiment above. You can add layers or ribbon or other embellishments. Have fun with it! Experience JOY!

Our joy:

Terry

Shirley

Our Guest Designers show their joy:

It's great seeing what other people come up with using the same sketch, isn't it? Please leave some kind words for the designers above, then create your own project. It can be a card, 3d item or scrapbook page. You have until Midnight on Thursday (PST) to upload your creation using the Linky Tool below.

We're going Girly for Monkey Challenge #108

Nothing says Girly like a vintage photo of a little girl standing on an alligator, right? Okay, this photo - found on Pinterest - cracked up Shirley and I, so I thought I'd use it for our A La Card Monkey Challenge #108: Girly + Sketch. Feel free to select a shape behind your main image that you have. We're looking for girly stuff like colors, lace, bling... whatever says "girly" to you. So have fun with it.

Here are what our girl brains came up with:

Shirley
Terry

And our Guest Designers are super girly:

LeAnne
 Laura

Traci

Please leave some wonderfully girly sugary-sweet words for all of our designers, then create your own girly card for this challenge. You have until Midnight on Thursday (PST) to upload it using the Linky Tool below. Thanks! Have a wonderful week.

It's Something Borrowed for Monkey Challenge #105

Have you been eyeing a friend's lovely paper or maybe a special stamp or accessory? Well, now's your turn to use it (if she'll let you!). At the very least, maybe she'll let you stamp an image from one of her coveted sets to let you create a card for our A La Card Monkey Challenge #105: Something Borrowed + Sketch. If you "borrow" an embellishment or paper, maybe you can make the card for the friend who gave you it! It's a thought.

Here are our borrowed ideas:

Shirley

Terry

And our fabulous Guest Designers:

Gretchen

Jennifer

Carolin

It's always fun playing with new-to-you stuff!  Click on each designer's link to see what she borrowed, then leave a nice comment. Then it's your turn to get busy! Create a project using something borrowed and upload it using the Linky Tool below. You have until Midnight on Thursday (PST). As always, have fun!
